When we receive an item for repair all the details are entered onto our computerised job tracking system. Following initial inspection from a fully qualified engineer a detailed quotation is provided to the customer. On receiving either payment or purchase order (subject to credit account and trading history) the repair will be completed to OEM specifications and returned by the preferred delivery option.
